The ceremony begins at 4:00 PM. Please plan to arrive by 3:30 PM to find your seat and settle in. The reception follows immediately after the ceremony.

Cocktail Chic — elevated but mountain-ready. Think cocktail or semi-formal attire that you can actually move in. We're outdoors at elevation, so comfortable shoes are genuinely wise. September evenings in Crested Butte drop to the low 40s°F — a beautiful layer is a must.

September is magic in Crested Butte — peak golden aspen season, impossibly blue skies. Daytime runs 55–75°F (13–24°C). Evenings can drop to 35–45°F (2–7°C). Pack layers. Light rain or very early snow is possible, so plan accordingly.

Crested Butte sits at 8,909 feet — if you're not used to high altitude, we strongly recommend arriving a day early to acclimate. Hydrate generously, rest the first afternoon, and hold off on heavy drinking until you've adjusted. Most guests feel fine within 24 hours.

The venue is a short drive from town. We recommend renting a car or coordinating with other guests. Uber and Lyft are available in Crested Butte, though supply can be limited — plan ahead so you can fully enjoy the celebration.

We're having an unplugged ceremony — please be fully present with us and let our photographer capture those moments. You're absolutely welcome to take all the photos and videos you'd like during cocktail hour and the reception!

We adore your little ones — truly. However, our wedding is an adults-only celebration (18+). We hope this gives you the chance to enjoy a relaxed, romantic evening out. Please arrange childcare and come ready to celebrate freely. Thank you for understanding!

Please RSVP by August 1st, 2026. We need the final headcount for catering and seating. Late RSVPs may not be accommodated, so please respond as soon as possible!
